March so far...

We got a last minute invite to one of Bodie's friends cabins and ended up being SO glad we accepted. We went with 3 other families (all of which are Bodie's best friends from school and 2 of them have daughters who Kayla is friends with). Ends up...this is the largest privately owned cabin in the U.S. Say what??!! This place was HUGE (talking 45 minutes for the full tour) and full of all sorts of fun stuff like a game room, huge pool, hot tub, bounce house and so much more. We spent one night and 2 days and had such a blast with everyone. We got to know the parents so much better and had just as much fun as the kids. All I kept thinking was how much good old fashion wholesome family fun we had! The next night we had my family over for dinner and the weather was awesome...we ended the night sitting by the firepit.

They have a platform on the 2nd floor of the pool room that is only open when they are there. We all jumped off...the kids did it too many times to count.
