McKayla 6 months

We can hardly believe that our baby girl is 6 months! Time has flown by and she has grown up so much. Each day brings something new and even more joy and adventure to our lives. We got McKayla a exersaucer for her "half birthday" and she loooves it. I even put it together all by myself (Todd was impressed). Here are some fun facts about our munchkin for those of you who don't get to see her often... -She loooves eating her rice cereal (I'm going to start making veggies & fruits for her this week so we'll see what she thinks of those) -She can sit up on her own -She is ALL over her crib and thinks its funny to bang on the back to make noise in the morning -She fake coughs to get our attention -She looooves to talk/coo -She now can wear most 3-6 month clothing (still my itty bitty babe) -She is learning the art of throw it down and someone will pick it up for you -She can grab and play with all her toys (they also all go in her mouth along with anything else she gets in her hands) -She has found her feet/toes and thinks it's so fun to put them in her mouth -She giggles and smiles often (she's a very happy and social baby....many times she'll be playing and just start giggling to herself...I always wonder what she's thinking about) -She looooves her animals OK, enough enough proud mom. I know she's not the first to do these and won't be the last, but nothing brings us greater joy than watching her learn and play. It really reminds you how simple life can be and how peaceful it is when you do take it back to "simple". Happy half Birthday McKayla...we love you always and forever!!!
