Weekend Fun

Recently...

I heard snickering one morning and found these two having early morning talks and giggles

One day I ended up picking up Batman from daycare (seriously, his teachers are the best...they made this all up for him)

McKayla got to go to "Burning of the B" at Brighton w/ one of her besties

Long weekend

Our long weekend was a whirlwind, but it ended on a more casual note and we had a lot of fun. Todd and I were out in Sonoma for a wedding (so beautiful) while the kids were at home with Todd's parents (they had SO much fun...lots of friends over, splash pad, parks, crafts, 4-wheeling in Grandpa's Jeep and a hike). We were all back together by Sunday evening and were able to spend Monday as a family (which we all REALLY needed). We ended the weekend with a movie night in our movie room for the first time (we watched "Home" and it was SO cute...we were all laughing and would definitely recommend it).

Labor day was the last pool day of the year so we definitely had to go (followed by a hike and yummy dinner)
