Recents

The past couple weeks have been a wild ride, but we are settled into our new home (in...not decorated) and trying to get back to a normal schedule. Our plan is to slowly put the house together while really enjoying the rest of the summer :-)

Boating

We spent a day out on the lake with Todd's work buddy and his fiance. It was the perfect day for boating...calm water, great weather and barely anyone else out there. The kids loved jumping off the boat into the water and playing on the floaties. Bodie had the BEST time ever being pulled on the raft...he couldn't get enough and wasn't scared by the speed at all (that would come from Todd's adventurous side!). It was so nice to get away from the "rat race" for a day and just have fun as a family with good friends!

Father's Day

We were excited to celebrate the favorite men in our life for Father's Day. We went out to breakfast after the kids showered Todd with gifts and cards in bed and then we spent the day working on the new house as a family. That night we went to my parents for relaxation and dinner. I couldn't ask for a better dad, husband and father-in-law along with my Grandpas. I've truly been blessed with amazing men in my life who have helped, supported and taken care of me and my kiddos. We love them all so much!!

First camp trip

We went on our first camping trip this weekend and had a great time. We found the most beautiful spot that was the perfect place for camping, hiking and playing. We were delighted that Todd's sis and family could join us and the kids were SO happy to be with their cousins.
